For fashion, footwear and sportswear brands on Shopify

The analytics platform for fashion brands on Shopify.

Sales, stock, sizes, ads, email and profit in one place, with every change on record and each team's next step every morning.

  • Connects Shopify, Meta, Google Ads and Klaviyo
  • 12 months imported on connect
  • Published prices in GBP, USD and AED

Intelligence

Every morning's list, sorted by team and by money.

Buying, trading, paid media, CRM and the rest each open to their own actions, ranked by the money within reach. A key size sold out, spend still pointing at stock you cannot sell, creative that has worn out, a flow slipping.

  • Nine teams, each with its own list
  • Every action with its money, owner and age
  • It would rather say nothing than say something wrong
See Intelligence

The Timeline

Every change, who made it, and what it did.

Theme publishes, price moves, launches, stock-outs, budget and creative edits and email sends, each with who made it and a note on why. When conversion falls on Thursday, you can see what changed on Thursday.

  • Your team, the agency and the apps, each marked
  • The same changes on every chart in Fabrik
  • Your own events for launches, sales and press

Products and sizes

Know the moment a best seller loses its key size.

When one size goes, conversion drops and your ads keep buying visits that cannot convert. See what you bought against what sold for every size, every line with a gap in its size run, and the reorders your lead time allows.

  • Sell-through, cover and stock value per line and per size
  • Reorders within lead time, dead stock valued at cost
See products and sizes

Media Library

Every ad and email, with what it earned.

Every Meta ad and every Klaviyo email in one library, shown as the creative itself with its revenue, return on spend, spend, click-through rate and cost per purchase. Open any ad to see each of its results with its trend. Google Ads has its own campaign and product views.

  • Filter by channel, format, product and date
  • Statics, carousels, videos and emails side by side
See the Media Library

Email

See which designs earn the most per send.

Every Klaviyo campaign with the design itself kept on record, beside its sends, open rate, click rate and conversion value, so you can see what your best emails have in common. Flows are ranked by revenue, and every send sits on your sales line.

  • Sends, open rate, click rate and conversion value on every campaign design
  • Campaigns as they were sent, flows ranked by revenue

Attribution

One answer per order, from first click to purchase.

Your own Shopify pixel ties every order to the ad that earned it, the first click and the assists in between, and the channel totals agree with the order list.

  • From your own Shopify pixel, no theme code
  • The credited ad highlighted on every order
See attribution

Markets

Put the next pound where it pays back.

Every country side by side, spend share against sales share, conversion, order value and returns, with a call on where the next pound should go, or why there is not one yet.

  • A verdict only when there are enough orders to judge
  • Each market in its own currency or yours
See markets

P&L

A real P&L, down to the last return.

From gross sales to EBITDA, with returns, cost of goods, shipping, payment fees and ad spend taken off in order, and contribution margin at every level, by month or by market.

  • Margin after goods, after fulfilment and after marketing, then EBITDA
  • Monthly targets that follow how your year trades

Questions

What brands ask first.

Does it work with our size set-up?

Size views read the Shopify option named Size and normalise the common formats. If your catalogue names it differently, we check it with you on the demo before you rely on the size views.

How far back does the timeline go?

Store changes, such as theme publishes, price moves and stock, are recorded from the day you connect. Sales, ad and email history comes in for 12 months. Google keeps 30 days of ad change history, so Google changes start there.

Do we need to add code to our theme?

No. Fabrik's pixel is a Shopify web pixel, switched on from the app.

Where is our data held?

In the EU, in Ireland. Street addresses, phone numbers and IP addresses are stripped from orders before anything is stored.

Is it only for fashion?

It works for any Shopify brand, but the size, stock and season views are built for brands that sell in sizes.

See Fellwick's numbers. Then see yours.

A demo walks through the example brand, then your own store, sizes and profit.
